He is a potential recognized user for the Mentoring program of DoPT, Govt. of India. He is also interested in the emerging Social Security Challenges and provision of credible social security.

She has been associated with the study done by the Investment Consultants of EPFO to suggest changes to increase the yield on  EPFO's Corpus.

Areas of special interest are Training and Development, Social Security and Participatory Learning and Action (PLA/PRA). He has successfully completed Direct Trainers’ Skills (DTS), DTS-II, Design of Training (DOT), Training Needs Analysis and use of TNA toolkit courses conducted by DoPT. He has work experience of more than ten years in Social Welfare / Development Sector especially Rural Development, Micro Finance, Child Welfare and Social Assistance Schemes & Capacity Building of Panchayat Raj Functionaries. He has worked on a project called A study on Social security scheme for barbers in Dehi – A step towards implementation, as a research officer.
